Position Summary

Hotel Storekeepers ensure supplies and equipment required for effective daily operations of the hotel are provided.

Job Description

v  Process invoices

v  Check store stock level

v  Prepare purchase request re-order level for the Purchasing Officer

v  Receive goods from suppliers and distribute to outlets

v  Issue daily store request to all outlets

Person Specification

v  At least 3years work experience as Storekeeper (essential)

v  Hotel experience (essential)

v  Familiar with Micros and Materials Control system (essential)

v  Bachelor’s degree (preferably)

v  Accounting (preferably)

v  Lives in Lagos (preferably)

The George Hotel Lagos is in search of a Pastry Chef with a minimum of 4years Experience in a similar role. Your primary duty will be to run the Pastry kitchen and ensure that standards of quality are delivered on a consistent basis, in a profitable manner.   • Education: Trade certificate or higher level qualification from a culinary school. Passed an international hygiene training.
