The Otium Terrace is our prime outdoor space for cocktail events, dinner parties and exhibitions. Guests have the option of using the space as an open- air venue or having an air conditioned marquee set up.

The Private Dining Room (PDR), seats up to 25 guests for exquisite dining experiences. Our PDR can also be set up with Audio- Visual Equipment for meetings.
Bellini Meeting Room
The well-appointed Bellini is ideal for trainings, product launches and family functions. It seats up to 10 delegates.
Raphael Meeting Lounge
The Famous Raphael Room is our most sought after meeting room space, seating up to 5 delegates. Overlooking the poolside area. There is no other place in Lagos you'd want to have an important meeting.
Antonello Meeting Room
The Antonello meeting room is the largest of our function rooms, it can seat up to 90 delegates and is ideally suited for corporate or social functions, banquets, exhibitions and conferences. Fitted with floor to ceiling windows for the option of natural lighting and an adjoining service kitchen for seamless food and beverage service.
Titian Meeting Lounge
Titian Lounge can seat up to six delegates and is ideal for breakout sessions and for guests who require a more relaxed setting. It can be used in conjunction with any of the other meeting rooms and is available to be booked by the hour.
